Christmas pictures

Hello all. We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas Day. We have enjoyed being together with one another. This will be our last Christmas before Courtney graduates and heads off to school. I am really trying to savor the time together and realizing how fleeting the time with family can be.  Seems like not long ago, the kids were little and it seemed we would have never ending Christmases together.  We did have Mom and Dad and Steve come over to get the package from the family. We weren't able to get it over to them before. I have attempted to upload a video and a couple of pictures from the day.

We hope you and all of yours are doing well. Hopefully everything worked out to talk to Adam and that things will work out to talk to Curtis tomorrow. Please let us know how they are doing. We send our love to all. The only way today could have been better was if we all had been together. May we all remember the real reason for the season. We hope that all have a prosperous New  Year.

Love Nate, Jenny and Family.

Hello Everyone.  Its been awhile since I checked ou the blog so I thought I might get something going during the holidays a little. We are working hard getting ready for christmas. The kids are out of school for awhile and very excited. All are happy and healthy at the moment. Courtney is getting ready for graduation and then college. Curran decided to wrestle this year and finished up his season a few weeks ago. He did well, especially considering he had never wrestled before. He was the top wrestler in his weight class for his school and got good experience. He has two pins at the district tournament before being eliminated and I think he enjoyed it. Lizzie is doing very well in school and very excited to be joining young women's soon. Travis is just being himself keeps everything very lively at home all the time. He is definitely a fun loving kid. Jenny is staying busy with the Stake Young Women's and all that goes along with it. I am now assistant scoutmaster in the ward and working hard to be ready for the National Jamboree next summer. Curran and I will be going with a Troop from Boise.

When I talked to David and Tracy a couple weeks ago, they said something about an idea for a family gathering this summer and I wondered what the ideas may be. It will be a busy summer, so if we can get something going it would be great to try and schedule it. Give us a shout and let us know your thoughts.

We hope everyone else is doing well and wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We would also love an update on how Jenna and Jared are doing preparing for parenthood. Hope to hear from you soon.  Love to all.

Jared and Jenna are very very excited and feel very blessed for the opportunity that they have been given to be parents! So excited that our family picture is out of date already! Nothing better than having a new baby to outdate a family picture!

Elder Adam Lorenzo Price MTC Mailbox #348 PAN-PC 1002 2005 N 900 E Provo UT 84604-1793
1 Adam had his farewell talk yesterday! He did awesome! He had 56 people yesterday there for him plus all of his family that was there. It was a great mission opportunity for him. One of his friends told him that he's never been in a church before. His flight to Utah leaves at 7:45 on Wednesday morning and arrives in Salt Lake at 10:25. He will spend 9 weeks there with a departure date of October 2 set for Panama! We are very grateful to have another missionary out. There is nothing better than a weekly email from a son serving a mission.

Wedding May 12 Seth and Taylor Price

Seth and Taylor were married on May 12, 2012. We were very happy to have those that came with us we truly enjoyed every minute of having you here. Here's a few pictures of the big day!

Sunday, April 15, 2012

Hello everyone, we are excited about Adam's mission call and Seth's upcoming marriage. A couple of questions came up in our family discussion of the trip. First, are the other kids going to be in school on Friday, or are they skipping to be with cousins that day. The kids are wondering how much time they will get to spend together. Second, what time do you have church meetings on Sunday. We are trying to plan when and how to head back home and minimize the school our kids will miss.

Things are otherwise going well. We are busy with school, baseball, church and I have volunteered to be an Asst. Scoutmaster to ake 36 boys to national Jamboree next summer, so we are already busy planning, and earning money to pay for the trip. Another exciting experience. Hope all is well for everyone else. Love to all.

Hello

Hope you're all doing well! We are busy with wedding plans and now a missionary that needs to get ready. Seth and Caleb were able to drive to Utah
to go to the priesthood session with Jared. Adam drove down and so the 4 of them went. David was coming back from his business trip to Ohio and not able to go with them.

Here's a few pictures of Easter and Prom for Hannah. Her date is the first one on the left. Adam dated his sister all through high school and they have been our friends almost since we've moved here. So it was funny that Kenny asked Hannah. We told Caleb now you have to take London (Wanda I believe you went with us to her baptism) to a prom or something to keep the Price/McCormick tradition up. haha

Adam's Mission Call

Adam got home April 7th for a week break from school. We are glad he's been here. He put his mission papers in and was waiting and then got a call from his Stake President and said that he had been rejected............well not really but he felt that way! He said that his availble date was too far out and that he couldn't resubmit them until April 19th so Mr Adam decided that he wanted them in and moved his availiability date up to July 28th (school is done on the 20th) and so the papers went in on March 28th and then knowing he would probably be home when the call came he had him change the address to be home. Thursday his call came......we had a busy Thursday and so set 9:00 PM to be the opening time. He had some high school friends over so they could be here. That was awesome to watch non member boys so excited and so supportive of him. We had Jared and Jenna on Skype and Aaron and Katie were here so everyone was home.

He's been called to serve in the Panama Panama City Mission and will report to the MTC on August 1st. He's very excited!!!!

Seth is getting Married!

May 12th.........is now a special day for us! This is the day that Seth is marrying Taylor Soper in the Mesa Arizona Temple. We are very excited for them and to have Taylor be a part of our family. Her colors are coral/tan. She's combined Jenna and Katie's colors! Guess it was meant to be...haha They have known each other for a while, as she grew up in the same stake. He said before his mission that he didn't want to date her because he didn't want to mess things up!

Both of the pictures were taken the night of their engagement.
